Have you been trying to lose weight for a long time? Nothing seems to work? I’ll tell you what works and what doesn’t work. Here is what I have tried over the past few years without any long lasting success:Low Fat, Low Carb and a combination of the two with exercise. Sure you can lose weight with these types of diets but in the long run you will put the pounds back on because you just can’t stick to these methods. I do believe the ultimate technique in losing weight is multiple small to medium sized meals a day or in my case 5 meals a day. The reason I can stick to this method is because I’m not as hungy becuase I am eating more frequently. Eating multiple meals also speeds up your metabolism.
